What you'll do
- Overseeing and Manging all plant operations during their designated shift
- Ensuring the safety ,Efficiency and quality of manufacturing products
- Co-ordinating with cross functional team and ensuring the compliance of Quality and safety
- Maintaining the equipment and addressing the operational issues that arise during manufacturing
- Leading and motivating a team of operators by assigning the tasks and ensuring the smooth work flow during the shift
