About the role
An experienced ServiceNow AI Architect Lead to shape and drive the next generation of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining enterprise-wide AI architecture standards, governing solution designs, and enabling scalable AI adoption across business functions.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and evolution of the ServiceNow AI target architecture
- Establish architecture standards for AI models, agents, prompts, integrations, and reusable AI components
- Define technical principles for scalability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence
- Review and approve AI solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to deliver business value through AI innovation
