- Choose and anonymize data from public archives like GEO , SRA/ENA , ArrayExpress , PRIDE , PDB , MGnify , or your unpublished lab data for model analysis
- Use scientific software, code, and command-line tools to generate reproducible analyses and structured outputs
- Develop a Jupyter validation notebook using Python or R to reproduce correct answers
