About the role
We are looking for an Investment Operations Specialist! This role plays an integral part in supporting various processes that facilitate conversion plans that onboard to our client’s platform. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide exceptional service to plan sponsors.
What you'll do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide exceptional service to plan sponsors
- Review and identify issues with potential fund lineups
- Preparing Fund Applications for third-party fund companies with client information
- Update, maintain, and review client data within CRM systems
- Ensure collaboration with all internal teams to meet expected timelines
