What you'll do
- Optimize Hubspot Strategy for full funnel alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Develop reports that help the marketing team analyze key KPIs including marketing channel performance and effectiveness, funnel conversion rates
- Build the attribution model for the marketing organization and help clearly define the marketing impact on the growth of the company
- Manage ongoing projects and effectively communicate status across stakeholders
- Balance long-term projects with day to day changes and demands across a dynamic go to market organization
