About the role
Position responsible for registering Request for Proposals (RFPs), decrypting secured links, and renewing groups with 2 to 4,999 lives (Regional Market Renewal) and more than 5,000 lives (NA Renewal). This cluster of four processes consists of responsibilities currently performed by the Underwriting Associates and New Business Coordinators when registering (logging/assigning) RFPs from the brokerage community within MetLife U.S. Affiliate systems.
What you'll do
- Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to ensure all required basic information is provided
- Register and create cases in the intake systems (Salesforce.com / Majesco)
- Upload relevant documents into the intake systems (Salesforce.com / Majesco / Livelink)
- Manually enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets
- Forward emails with missing information to the onshore escalation teams
