About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Manager, Data to develop and continuously improve enterprise-wide data management capabilities at Metso. You will lead an assigned capability area, such as data strategy and governance, data quality or metadata management, and turn strategic ambitions into practical operating models, processes and ways of working across the organization.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of an assigned enterprise data management capability, such as data governance, data quality, metadata management, or data strategy
- Define and continuously improve related concepts, operating models, processes, standards and governance practices
- Establish common ways of working across business, data and IT, supporting adoption through communication, coaching, and training
- Define meaningful measures and KPIs to monitor adoption, effectiveness and business impact
- Facilitate workshops, working groups and governance forums, building alignment across stakeholders
