What you'll do
- Operate, monitor, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and energy-efficient operation while maintaining the required indoor temperature
- Operate and monitor chillers, cooling towers, chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and exhaust systems
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment and record operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, voltage, current, and vibration
- Ensure HVAC systems operate within the prescribed temperature and humidity parameters
- Perform daily preventive maintenance checks and report any abnormalities immediately
