- Ensure proper manning at wards/ nursing stations
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of the ward Census, Admission
- Ensure compliance with admission procedure, charting and reporting, record
- Ensure proper coordination with other disciplines in case of admission
- Ensure proper supply chain of material drugs and timely medication
