About the role
Sales approach, should be able to drive targets, engage with all the influencers to identify potential patient for homecare services. Perform of comprehensive assessments of potential patients on daily basis and convert patient for homecare in coordination with treating consultant and patient relatives and nursing team leader.

- Identify the patient care needs, convert and intimate concerned team for competent manpower, equipment's and consumables for smooth functioning
- Maintain and build good relations with the key influencers/ Stakeholders in the spoke
- Provide regular updates to treating doctor in coordination with Nursing TL
- Ensuring and monitoring Complaint/Grievance redressed be time bound
