Senior Executive IP Billing

About the role

To ensure efficient and accurate management of all In-Patient Department (IPD) billing activities, including patient registration, billing, tariff management, payer coordination, complaint resolution, reporting, and compliance with NABH standards, thereby ensuring seamless revenue cycle operations and enhanced patient satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of IPD bills as per hospital policies and payer requirements
• Monitor billing accuracy and minimize revenue leakage through regular audits and process checks
• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination among billing, clinical, nursing, and support departments
• Review payer plans, tariff structures, and billing codes of various corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs
• Ensure timely updating of payer tariffs, packages, and codes in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
