About the role
To provide anaesthesia services, perioperative care, and critical care support to patients while ensuring patient safety and quality clinical care.
What you'll do
- Provide anaesthesia services for elective and emergency surgical procedures under consultant supervision
- Conduct pre-anaesthesia assessment and evaluate patients for surgical fitness
- Monitor patients during anaesthesia and ensure safe recovery in the post-anaesthesia care unit
- Manage airway emergencies and provide resuscitation when required
- Assist in managing patients in ICU and other critical care areas, as per departmental requirements
