What you'll do
- Efficiently and effectively manage all IPD Billing activities , including patient registration and billing, to ensure a smooth workflow
- Prepare, verify, and maintain records of all IPD bills in line with established protocols
- Stay updated with all payer plans, policies, and codes for different corporate companies and TPAs
- Review, update, and monitor payer plans and tariff codes in the Hospital Information System (HIS) to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain complete records of all correspondence related to IPD billing patients for error free billing
