About the role
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Program Manager to lead and enhance our collections initiatives. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure the quality and performance of projects, driving transformation and efficiency in our collections processes.
What you'll do
- Analyze the collections funnel to identify and implement initiatives that improve collections efficiency and align with strategic goals
- Develop and manage program initiatives to enhance overall collections performance and achieve business objectives
- Monitor daily allocation and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for improved efficiency
- Present regular updates to management on collections efficiency, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any deviations from the status quo
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation through the implementation of new technologies in audit, governance, and compliance
