About the role

A successful Sr Manager Data Operations should have: Strong experience in supply chain planning (demand, supply, MRP, IBP) Solid understanding of forecasting, planning accuracy, and integration across planning functions Project management and governance experience across multiple initiatives Functional orientation with business-first thinking rather than purely IT execution focus

What you'll do

• Drive digital transformation initiatives across supply chain planning (demand, supply, production)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into tech-enabled solutions
• Lead implementation and adoption of planning platforms such as IBP and other tools
• Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure delivery, timelines, and quality
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation to execution and adoption
