About the role

Represent the organisation in leadership forums and strategic customer engagements. 14-18 years of overall professional experience, including significant exposure to enterprise client management, consulting, or digital transformation leadership. Prior experience working with US-based stakeholders or managing global enterprise accounts.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes for global clients
• Influence C-suite stakeholders and drive strategic account growth
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders on digital transformation strategies
• Facilitate discovery and ideation workshops to identify opportunities for process improvement and business value creation
• Partner with customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment on business objectives, solution design, implementation, and adoption
