About the role
Initiate and manage quarterly data collection requests from ISQ portfolio companies and track completion status. 3-6 years of experience in asset management, private equity, infrastructure investing, or financial analysis. Prior experience with data warehouse administration, portfolio reporting, or PMO functions preferred.
What you'll do
- Prepare reconciliations and review data uploads for completeness and accuracy
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support value creation opportunities identified by the Asset Management team
- Update project trackers and report on overdue tasks as part of the portfolio PMO function
- Prepare first drafts of monthly DAT decks and monthly/quarterly portfolio reports from the data warehouse
- Collect data inputs for and update quarterly valuation models; update valuation memos and LP reports
