What you'll do
- Develop integrated financial models including projections, DSCR/ISCR, covenant analysis and stress testing
- Prepare lender information memorandums and credit notes
- Lead lender discussions on pricing, covenants, security and documentation
- Drive due diligence and financial closure
- Build and manage transaction pipeline with defined revenue targets
