Graduate Engineer and/or MBA from a reputable institution. 7 to 10 years' experience within premium building materials, architectural systems, façades, windows and doors, or related sectors. Proven experience engaging architects, consultants, and specifiers. Commercially driven with a proactive, opportunity-hunting mindset and the ability to navigate longer sales cycles.
What you'll do
- Drive impact on premium, design-led residential projects
- Drive specification-led demand creation across premium residential projects, including villas, luxury apartments, and high-end developments
- Influence product selection at the concept and design stage of project development
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and boutique developers
- Conduct design consultations, technical discussions, and product presentations to key stakeholders
