What you'll do
- Work closely with founder & leadership on high-growth business expansion
- Lead full P&L and scale a fast-growing premium FMCG brand nationally
- Drive overall business growth, profitability & market expansion across GT, MT, E-commerce, Exports & Institutional channels
- Lead Pan India sales strategy, distribution expansion & revenue acceleration initiatives
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts & execution roadmaps
