About the role
Bring strong design thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities in a fast-paced environment. A successful DGM/GM - Design Studio should have: Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, Communication Design, Strategic Marketing, or a related field from NID or MICA.
What you'll do
- Work directly with top leadership on premium brands
- Lead high-impact design, branding & flagship events
- Lead and manage the design studio operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic ideas into creative concepts and brand narratives
- Lead end-to-end visual design and brand identity development across multiple premium brands
