About the role
Reporting to the Deputy CFO, the DGM - FP&A will lead the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. The role will partner closely with CXOs, business heads, operations, and project teams to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.
What you'll do
- Leading annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning
- Preparing monthly and quarterly MIS reports, financial dashboards, scorecards, and variance analysis
- Analysing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, margins, costs, working capital, and business KPIs
- Driving profitability analysis across product, customer, geography, and business segments
- Supporting strategic initiatives such as capex evaluation, pricing decisions, investment analysis, and cost optimisation
