Map investors by mandate, cheque size, sector preference, stage, risk appetite, geography, and transaction type. Understand which investor matters for which kind of company, and why. Transaction support across IPO, fundraising, and M&A Bring market feedback into transaction strategy. Represent the firm credibly with senior capital markets participants.
What you'll do
- Book-building and demand creation
- Support pricing, allocation, timing, investor prioritization, and book-quality decisions. Understand which investor matters for which kind of company, and why
- Work closely with internal teams across deal origination, research, documentation, diligence, and execution. Bring market feedback into transaction strategy
- Help design repeatable distribution systems, processes, and playbooks
- Track investor behaviour, sector appetite, valuation sensitivity, market windows, liquidity conditions, and transaction comparables
