About the role

Enhance and modernize an existing Eclipse-based IDE ecosystem by developing new features and improving developer productivity. We're looking for someone who has: Strong experience in Java-based software development and enterprise application design. Experience working with VS Code extensions and modern developer tooling.

What you'll do

• Participate in the migration of legacy Eclipse tooling to a VS Code and Language Server Protocol (LSP) based architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain IDE plugins, extensions, APIs, and developer tools
• Build scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and related technologies
• Develop automated testing frameworks and ensure software quality through unit, integration, and system testing
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
