What you'll do
- Lead Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, while supporting Compliance
- Take care of contract labour governance and productivity
- Lead and execute the Employee Relations strategy across four manufacturing units
- Oversee contract labor management , including deployment planning, licensing, documentation, and contractor compliance
- Drive contractor performance management through periodic scorecards and focused improvement initiatives
