About the role
Reporting to senior leadership, the General Manager - Planning & Project Controls will be responsible for: Leading planning and project controls across multiple high-value building projects. Standardizing planning processes across projects and mentoring planning teams. BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
What you'll do
- Lead planning for ₹2,000+ Cr building project portfolio
- Drive strategic project controls and Primavera P6 excellence
- Developing integrated master schedules from tender stage through project completion
- Establishing baseline schedules and monitoring project performance
- Driving short-, medium-, and long-term planning initiatives
