Global HR Process Transformation Lead | GCC | BLR

About the role

Leverage Workday capabilities to enable scalable and efficient people processes. We're looking for someone who has: Significant experience in HR transformation, Global Process Ownership, HR Shared Services, HR Operations Excellence, or HR Technology-enabled transformation. Deep functional expertise in one or more HR domains such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HCM, Talent, Learning, Rewards, Compensation, or Payroll.

What you'll do

• Own and transform a global HR process across a complex enterprise
• Shape future-state employee journeys through Workday-led innovation
• Define the global process vision, strategy, standards, policies, and governance framework
• Drive end-to-end process transformation, simplification, and harmonization across regions and markets
• Partner with business leaders, HR teams, Shared Services, COEs, and technology stakeholders to embed global standards
