What you'll do
- Lead legal due diligence, land title diligence, and transaction documentation for acquisitions and investments
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts
- Oversee litigation and dispute management, coordinating with external counsels, while providing day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders
