About the role
Reporting to the CFO, the candidate will be responsible for leading the banking and corporate finance function across the group and its subsidiaries. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and strengthening relationships with banks, financial institutions and other lending partners Will also include equity fund-raising/structuring assignments as and when required.
What you'll do
- Lead banking & Corporate Finance for a high-growth global group
- Drive large-scale debt & equity funding across India and overseas markets
- Work on International financing such as ECBs, Bonds Etc
- Coordinating with lenders for documentation, compliance, sanctions, renewals and drawdowns
- Managing credit rating processes and liaising with rating agencies
