About the role
Acquire and onboard Stockbrokers, Trading Members, Banks, Financial Institutions, and Corporates. Promote products including Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Interest Rate Futures, Mutual Funds, and other offerings. A successful Head - BD should have: MBA/Postgraduate with 20+ years of experience in Capital Markets, preferably across Exchanges, Broking Firms, Financial Institutions, or Market Intermediaries.
What you'll do
- Lead Business Development for the Instituion, driving growth in market share, trading volumes, revenue, and member participation
- Build strong relationships with market participants and key stakeholders across the capital markets ecosystem
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and regional expansion initiatives
- Develop business pitches, conduct industry events, and represent the Institution at forums and conferences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive business strategy and growth
