What you'll do
- Lead Biosimilar Innovation & Advanced Cell Line Development
- Drive Next-Gen Biologics Research & Innovation
- Lead the Molecular Biology & Cell Line Development function, driving strategy and execution across biosimilar development programs
- Oversee the development, screening, and optimization of stable cell lines to support a robust biologics pipeline
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of scientists, managers, and functional leaders within the department
