The Head of Operations will lead end-to-end lending operations with a strong focus on scale, control, and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Build and scale lending operations for a high-growth fintech in Bangalore
- Work with founders to drive efficiency, automation, and CX at scale
- Owning the full loan lifecycle: onboarding, KYC, underwriting operations, disbursal, servicing, and collections
- Driving process excellence initiatives, including automation, digitisation, and TAT improvements
- Building scalable operations frameworks to support rapid portfolio growth
