What you'll do
- Work directly with entrepreneurs and investors with significant ownership
- Evaluate investment opportunities across unlisted, pre-IPO, and secondary market transactions
- Source and screen potential investment opportunities through industry relationships and market networks
- Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment frameworks
- Conduct commercial, financial, operational, and legal due diligence
