About the role

A successful Head of Utility-Sales should have: Proven experience in solar/renewable energy sales, specifically in photovoltaic modules or related products Demonstrated success in handling utility-scale project sales Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams

What you'll do

• Take ownership of utility-scale solar sales in a fast-evolving industry
• Work closely with top developers and C&I clients to drive energy adoption
• Develop and execute the utility sales strategy for photovoltaic cells and modules
• Build and manage relationships with solar developers, IPPs, and EPC players
• Drive business growth within both utility-scale and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) segments
