What you'll do
- Lead & Manage Capital Projects, Facilities, Infrastructure Development
- Drive productivity improvement, capability enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives
- Manage plant expansions, modernization, and capacity enhancement initiatives
- Ensure timely commissioning and smooth operational handover
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans
