About the role
Diagnose business performance and lead value-creation initiatives across unit economics and EBITDA improvement, growth acceleration and pricing levers, as well as site-level productivity and expansion playbooks Coach leadership teams and operate in an influence-led model 12-15 years of experience in the healthcare industry (Indian MedTech, diagnostics, clinics, and single-specialty hospitals preferred).
What you'll do
- Partner with portfolio companies and leadership teams to drive growth, margins, and execution
- Support new platform builds, integrations, and scale-ups
- Act as a thought partner to the investment team and IC, providing operator insights during diligence and post-investment
- Help institutionalize repeatable operating models across portfolio companies
