About the role
Track portfolio performance and provide periodic reporting to stakeholders Hiring across designations in the Investments team. They should have a prior experience investing in or working with real estate or rental housing funds / platforms. 3-8 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, or rental housing platforms
What you'll do
- Executing & managing investments across RE and rental housing platforms
- Lead and manage real estate investments across the deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, execution, and ongoing asset management
- Prepare and monitor annual business plans for portfolio investments
- Build detailed financial models (cash flow, IRR, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
- Prepare investment memorandums, approval notes, and internal presentations
