- Leading Indian real estate developer with a legacy of 50+ years
- Identify potential land opportunities for development in line with business objectives
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of land acquisition projects
- Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms
- Oversee legal due diligence processes, including reviewing property titles and resolving disputes
