What you'll do
- Shape investments driving the energy transition at scale
- Lead high-impact fundraising and M&A transactions
- Support enterprise-wide capital allocation frameworks, investment governance, and portfolio performance management
- Drive debt and equity fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, due diligence processes, and transaction execution
- Lead M&A, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and asset monetisation opportunities
