A successful Lead - Finance Shared Services should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Deep experience in Finance shared services, both from an in-house as well as an outsourced viewpoint. Proficiency in financial tools and software. What you'll do
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Manage financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and initiatives
- Lead P2P, O2C and R2R in collaboration with the outsourced partner
- Monitor and improve internal controls and risk management strategies
