About the role
A. Pre-deal Credit Evaluation As part of the Risk team, carry out detailed credit due diligence for deal evaluation and close coordination with the Underwriting team. Based on the Financial model submitted by the Underwriting team, carry out review and prepare scenario analysis including unit economics, projections, cash flow analysis, ratio analysis etc.
What you'll do
- Review and analyse finding of various Due Diligence reports (Financial Due Diligence, Commercial Due diligence, Legal opinions etc) where applicable
- Prepare Risk recommendation advice as part of submissions to the Investment Committee, articulating insights gained from such analysis
- Track covenant due dates, conditions subsequent due dates, hedge monitoring, follow up for compliance and escalate appropriately
- Conduct Portfolio Review and meet Annual review requirements of deals in a timely manner
