End-to-end exposure across target identification, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution. Direct interaction with senior leadership and experienced external advisors.
What you'll do
- Drive high-impact M&A transactions with direct senior leadership exposure
- Build end-to-end deal experience across valuation, diligence and execution
- Identify, screen and evaluate potential M&A opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives
- Build financial models and perform valuations using DCF, comparable companies and precedent transaction methodologies
- Support financial and commercial due diligence and identify key deal risks and opportunities
