Product Strategy & Roadmap Define the product roadmap for all four MSME product lines P&L Ownership & Business Performance Own disbursement volumes, AUM targets, yield, net interest margins, and OPEX-to-AUM ratios across all product lines Credit Policy & Risk Partnership Co-own credit policies, underwriting guidelines, and deviation matrices
What you'll do
- Conduct competitive benchmarking against NBFCs, PSU banks, and fintechs
- Identify white spaces in the MSME credit market and build business cases for new product variants or customer segments
- Drive digital-first product design: API integrations, workflow automation, borrower self-service portals, and bureau-embedded decisioning
- Prepare and present monthly MIS, portfolio dashboards, and board-level business reviews
- Drive revenue growth through pricing optimisation, cross-sell strategies, and portfolio deepening with existing borrowers
