Be the customer champion in all change projects that impact the client experience ~15 plus years of relevant work experience in client servicing role in wealth management/asset management/mutual fund industry Built or transformed a national service function from scratch OR scaled it significantly Delivered measurable outcomes like: Improved NPS / client satisfaction

What you'll do

• Own the entire client service engine for the wealth business in India
• Define and implement processes from a client-first perspective while also achieving efficiency
• Building/maintaining the service relationship manager (SRM) talent, in terms of quality as well as capacity to support the demand
• Develop a succession plan for regional SRM heads
• Ensure career path for SRMs and Development Plans in place
