What you'll do

• Scale operations in a fast-growing MedTech leader
• Lead end-to-end operations across Private and Government healthcare business segments
• Manage Customer Success, Customer Support, Field Service, and Inventory & Logistics functions
• Drive operational strategy, execution, and performance against business goals
• Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams
