About the role
Reporting into the Global Leadership, the candidate will be based in BANGALORE, INDIA and will lead architecture and development of high-performance Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) products.
What you'll do
- Designing and optimising ultra-low phase noise OCXO architectures for defence , aerospace and precision timing applications
- Developing oscillator circuits, sustaining amplifiers and thermal control systems to achieve phase noise and frequency stability performance
- Selecting, characterising and optimising quartz crystal resonators and associated frequency control components
- Performing circuit simulations, worst-case analysis, reliability assessments and compliance evaluations
- Developing automated test methodologies for phase noise, ageing, environmental validation
