What you'll do

• Handling lender information requests and queries to ensure sanction of facilities as required
• Working with lenders and internal / external legal teams to coordinate facility documentation
• Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to comply with disbursement requirements and ensure disbursement of various facilities
• Working with lenders / other stakeholders to sanction / set-up working capital facilities and non-fund based facilities as required
• Arranging the mezzanine debt for the hold company
