About the role
Validate critical vehicle systems and components throughout the development and production lifecycle. Prior experience managing complex industrial projects, preferably involving heavy machinery, specialized equipment, automotive, defense, or capital goods sectors. Experience working in organizations with global operations or multi-country project execution environments.
What you'll do
- Lead India factory setup from ground-up
- Lead the transition of the project from commercial award stage through execution and production readiness
- Coordinate prototype development activities with international engineering and manufacturing teams
- Develop and establish a robust local supply chain to support manufacturing operations in India
- Drive project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and execution management
