13-20 years of experience in Project Management within PEB, structural steel, EPC, industrial construction, or related sectors. Experience managing large and complex projects from order receipt through commissioning. Expertise in project planning tools, monitoring systems, and MIS reporting. Opportunity to lead the complete Project Management Group for large-scale PEB and structural steel projects with significant business impact.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end execution of projects from handover through final completion
- Develop project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage project risks and delays
- Coordinate closely with design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and site execution teams
- Drive project governance through reviews, reporting, and stakeholder communication
