What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of resort renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and overall project delivery
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders
- Drive value engineering initiatives, cost optimization strategies, and robust project governance practices
- Ensure renovation activities are executed with minimal disruption to ongoing resort operations and guest experience
